THOUBAL , Jul18: Sugnu to Kakching Diesel Auto Service Cooperative Society Limited, Thoubal district has stated that many passenger vehicle (Autos) are plying from Kakching Khunou to Sugnu without the necessary permit which has created immense problems for passenger vehicles with permit.
A press release issued by secretary of the Society has sought the attention of the Transport Department to look into the matter at the earliest and added that the department should bear responsibilities for any unwanted incidents.
