The JAC against the killing of Kh Bimola has decided to accept the dead body tomorrow after the State Government and the JAC reached an understanding today.
The understanding came after police filed a charge sheet against the prime accused and the assurance made by the Government that exemplary punishment would be awarded to other accused in the killing case, said a press release of the JAC. The JAC expressed gratitude to MLA of Lamlai AC, Ksh Biren for extending support to ensure speedy justice to the case.
