Thoubal,July.27: A five day farmers training programme was conducted by Rural Auxiliary for People’s Action (RAPA), Lamding, in collaboration with Central Institute of Horticulture (CIH), Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmer Welfare Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Medziphema Dimapur, today at the community hall of Ningtam Ingkhol at Tekcham Maning Ching, Thoubal district.
