IMPHAL, Jul 5: Chil Chil Baptist College & Seminary had successfully launched Doctor of Ministry (D Min) programme on July 2 with 25 candidates from 17 different communities. The purpose of the programme is to provide advanced training in the practice of biblically and theologically oriented ministry with a mission focus to those actively involved in vocational or bi-vocational ministry.
