IMPHAL, Aug 4 : A day-long seminar on open defecation free, health, hygiene and sanitation was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Thoubal along with Public Health Engineering Department in the office of PHED, Thoubal today with District Employment Officer Th Subhaschandra Singh and NSS Programme Officer, WMGC Thoubal L Sanatombi Devi attending as chief guest and president respectively.
