IMPHAL, Aug 21: Secretary general of the United Golapati Hatta Development Council, Haji Arafat stated in a press release today that a girl child named Baby Sakhina d/o Md Yusuf (6) studying in Class KG I at St John’s School, New Lambulane has been missing since she went down the Golapati river side on August 20.
