IMPHAL, Aug 31: Village, social and civil society organization leaders of Loktak downstream affected surroundings under the aegis of Loktak Downstream Affected People’s Welfare Association in their meeting held on August 24 at Tarung village resolved that the long awaited Loktak downstream project at Taosang Khunou, Tamenglong district, which has been delayed, be resumed at the earliest.
