IMPHAL, Sep 20: All Manipur Tribal Union (AMTU) has demanded the revocation of the Govt order regarding the appointment of Director (In-charge) of Health Services and State Mission Director, SHS, NHM.
AMTU in a statement urged the Govt to appoint a competent officer as the Director in the interest of the people.
It further sought the intervention of the Governor in this regard. It may be mentioned that AMTU had submitted a representation to the Governor for appointment of competent officer as Director of Health Service on August 31 and a reminder on Sept 10.
