IMPHAL, Oct 7: BJP Nungba Mandal today said that Tamenglong and Noney Districts Citizens’ Welfare Committee—which threatened to block NH-37 and National projects on Oct 11—is not a public or citizens forum constituted by the people of the two districts and it does not represent the whole people of Tamenglong and Noney districts.
