IMPHAL, Oct 11: Acting on a tip-off, a combined team of Imphal West district police commando and 5JAKRIF arrested one active cadre of KCP (MC) Lamyanba Khuman in a search operation conducted at Konthoujam Maning Leikai yesterday at around 4.30 am, said a press release issued by PRO Police. He has been identified as Palmei Lovingson (32) s/o (L) Chaoba Rongmei of Konthoujam Maning Leikai.
