Speaking to media persons on the sideline of the protest, Narendra Sapam, state secretary ABVP said that the ABVP Manipur strongly condemned the incidents that are happening in Kerala by the CPI (M) workers.

ABVP all over India is organising a peace rally “KeralChallo” in Trivandum on November 11 against the ‘red Terrorism’ led by the CPI (M), he said.

He further informed 700 students from the entire Northeast including 150 students from Manipur will be participating in the proposed peace rally.

The ABVP Manipur accused the CPI (M), the coalition partner of Kerala government, for their involvement in most of these incidents.

In the past one year, several gruesome cases of attacks against ABVP workers have been reported from various colleges in the state of Kerala, he said adding that the government is not taking any steps to bring the culprits to the process of law.

The ABVP secretary also demanded that the cases of the recent political violence and murders should be investigated by the CBI.
