IMPHAL, Nov 25: Claiming that several children under 14 years of age were found employed at the venues of Sangai Festival 2017, Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) has appealed to the concerned parents the stall owners to stop employing child as waiter/labour which is punishable by law.
