IMPHAL, Nov 29: Department of Posts has launched a philately scholarship scheme”Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojna” on November 3 last for generating interest regarding philately amongst the students of Class VI to IX from a recognized school within the country.
The selection process will be consisting of two levels.
Level 1(Philately Quiz competition) to be held on December 20 at Divisional Office, lmphal at 11 am and Level 2 (Philately Project).
Amount of scholarship is Rs 6000 per annum @ Rs 500 per month. For further details one may contact office of the Superintendent of Post Offices, Imphal.
