KANGPOKPI, Dec 9: In an embarrassing incident for the medical department, a mother delivered her baby at home without any medical care and attention after CHC, Kangpokpi, which was recently upgraded into District hospital allegedly denied her delivery in the hospital, giving reasons of incomplete documents, non accompany by ASHA workers and failure to go proper checkup during pregnancy.
