Speaker sends New Year greetings

Speaker, Manipur Legislative Assembly, Y. Khemchand Singh sends New Year greetings with the words “I convey my best wishes to the people of Manipur with the coming of “New Year 2018.  I sincerely hope that with the coming of 2018, all the disturbance in the State will subside and a new beginning for prosperity would dawn for the people of Manipur,” in a release.
