Thoubal: The All Manipur Muslim Development Committee (AMMDC) HQ joint secretary Md Rizwan Khan has cautioned the miscreants who thrashed AMMDC president , Md Sayeed Ahamad Sheikh at Lilong Bazar, to surrender at AMMDC office within 48 hours.
A press release issued by the joint secretary stated that the act is a cowardly and dastardly act and can be considered as mocking the CSOs of the State.
