IMPHAL, Dec 28 : Loyalam Art & Culture Institute celebrated its 15th foundation day at Sapam Hera Memorial Hall, Khumbong yesterday.
Member, Yurembam Zilla Parishad, Thingujam Nilmani Singh and president of the institute, Thokchom Jugindro Singh attened the celebration function as the chief guest and president respectively.
