IMPHAL, Dec 28: 33 KV line from 132/33/11 KV Yurembam Sub-Station to 33/11 KV Leimakhong Sub-Station will be under shut down on December 30 from 1 pm to 3 pm for replacing punctured insulators and reconnecting jumpers at 33/11 KV Mayang Langjing Sub-Station, informed a press release from Deputy General Manager/Imphal Electrical Division No-II, Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL).

IMPHAL, Dec 28: Office of the Director, Manipur Zoological Garden, Iroisemba has informed the general public that the zoological garden will remain open on January 1, 2018 on account of New Year in public interest though it is generally closed on Mondays.
The zoo will be closed for the visitors/public on the next day since it is mandatory for zoos to be closed at least once in a week as per the Recognition of Zoo Rules, 2009, said a statement from the office.
