IMPHAL, Jan 12: Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Nemcha Kipgen held a meeting with Union Minister for Agriculture and Cooperation Radha Mohan Singh at New Delhi yesterday.
They talked about public welfare schemes which would be taken up in the State, informed a source.
