IMPHAL, Jan 17: A team of officials led by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Secretary Rahul Bhatnagar inspected the Haraothel site at around 9.30 am today where Prime Minister Narendra Modi would lay the foundation stone of National Sports University.
The team also included PWD Chief Engineer Kh Temba, Water Resources Department Chief Engineer Sunil Singh, former YAS Commissioner Deleep and others.
