IMPHAL, July 28: The troops of 23 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector under HQ IGAR (South) apprehended one KCP (City Meitei) cadre identified as Khungbouymayun Ibomcha Bora, 28, s/o Kh Ibomcha, of Thamnapokpi Mayai Leikai during search operation at Thamnapokpi village yesterday evening.
The apprehendee was handed over to Lamlai Police Stationsaid a release of PRO IGAR (S).
