IMPHAL, Nov 5: Based on a specific information, a team of District Police commando, Thoubal conducted frisking and checking at Kakching Bazar near Sugnu Parking on November 4 and arrested one active cadre of the UNLF organisation Khumukcham Milkyson Singh alias Tamyangba, 25, son of Kh Tomba SIngh of kakching Khunou Hijam Uchan Makhong.
A case has been registered at the Kakching Police Station and investigation is going on.
