IMPHAL, Jul 11: Acting on a reliable information about the presence of one active cadre of KCP organisation in and around Yourabung Maning Leikai area, a team of Imphal East district police commando rushed to the said area and conducted a search operation and arrested one active member of KCP (MC) organisation, identified as Telem Birjit Singh (47) s/o T Nilachand Singh of Yourabung Maning Leikai from his residence yesterday at around 10 am.
