IMPHAL, Jul 30: Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) has formed an inquiry committee to ascertain the reasons of the unfortunate death of Laishram (O) Rasmani w/o Bidyasagar of Langthabal Lep Makha Leikai at RIMS Casualty on July 28.
