IMPHAL Aug 31 : The first phase of Theatre in Education (TIE) workshop under National School of Drama (NSD) was formally inaugurated of August 29 at Purana Rajbabi, Palace Compound, Imphal East. The workshop is organised by the National School of Drama, TIE wing, Tripura and will be held for 12 days in different districts.
The function was graced by theatre critic Budha Chingtham, theatre director Loitongbam Dorendro and NSD, TIE wing Tripura director Bijoykumar as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.The workshop will be held at Okram, Thoubal on September 1,2 and 3, at Pallel on September 4,5 and 6 and finally at Nambol Public Theatre Hall on September 9,10 and 11.
