IMPHAL, Sep 7 : Senior Citizens for Society, Manipur, Moirang A/C Chapter has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister for development of a cultural complex by shifting the old, dilapidated and abandoned Tourist Home from the ancient palace site of Moirang which is an important heritage site of Manipur.
