IMPHAL, Sep 14: The State BJP president has constituted the Mandal Committee of 52-Tamei Mandal consisting of 20 members for six months, with immediate effect. The committee has Nh Ramtahungbe as the president and Wimonbou Newmai and Thandimmong, as the two general secretary.
