IMPHAL, Nov 25 : Asian Theatre Festival, a feature of Manipur Sangai Festival 2016 began today at the NT Theatre’s playhouse Hongnemshang. The theatre festival is being held under the aegis of NT Theatre Manipur, Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur and Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
