The outlawed Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF), in a press release clarified that Mutum Dolen alias Melei (41) son of Manao of Kangu Chingjin and Laitonjam Dinesh (45) son of (L) Kesho of Takhel Khun who were arrested by a combined team of Imphal East district police commando and 45 AR yesterday are not related to the outfit and its armed wing PLA in any way.
