IMPHAL, Jun 11: JAC for May 24 Road Accident Luwangsangbam Koirengei Road Accident has threatened to block Tata tanker vehicles from plying along National Highway 2 if the association and owner of the vehicle involved in the accident do not approach the JAC to bring a solution to the issue.
