IMPHAL, Aug 16: In an attempt to maintain the sanctity of Kangla, the State Home Department has today issued an order for shifting of the Joint Interrogation Cell (JIC) located within 11th Bn Manipur Rifles (IRB complex) located at Kangla to a suitable place.
