IMPHAL, Aug 22: The All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) before the High Court of Manipur, yesterday, against the State of Manipur and nine others in connection with violation or infringement of the fundamental rights of general public, public litigants, lawyer community and officials.
