Former minister passes away

Former minister of medical, forest and revenue departments of government of Manipur, Thoudam Krishna Singh expired today at around 11:50 am at JNIMS. He was 86. He had five sons and seven daughters.

Thoudam Krishna Singh became MLA from Thoubal A/C in the year 1980 and later became cabinet minister for medical and animal husbandry. He won election for the second time in 1990 and became cabinet minister for forest and revenue. The former minister’s last rite was done to day evening at his birthplace Thoudam Maning Leikai.
