IMPHAL, Dec 5: The Director, Tribal Affairs and Hills, Manipur, has issued a notice inviting intending tribal patients for financial assistance for medical treatment under the TA and Hill, Manipur health scheme.
It stated that the prescribed form can be obtained from the medical section of the Directorate on production of medical treatment documents.
The duly filled in forms should be submitted to the Director on or before December 20, it added.
