Imphal, Dec 21 (DIPR) :Replying to a question raised by MLA K Meghachandra Singh in the Manipur Legis-lative Assembly today, RD & PR Minister Th Biswajit stated that the Government is targeting to construct 9740 houses under PMAY Scheme in the Gram Panchayat areas of the State by the end of this financial year.
