IMPHAL, Feb 17: The Manipur Library Association (MALA), Imphal has notified in a statement that under the aegis of the Government of India, Ministry of Culture, Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF), Kolkata and Directorate of Art and Culture, Government of Manipur, the MALA is organizing a four day workshop on management of voluntary club libraries of Manipur at the premises of the Manipur Press Club, Imphal during February 24-17.
