'Manipur has lowest number of voluntary blood donor'
Nagaland Post Manipur has the lowest number of voluntary blood donor (VBD) compare to other states of the country. Presently, only 10 percent of the required blood comes from voluntary blood donors and the rest from family and relatives of patients who needed blood.
