IMPHAL, November 12: The Tourism department will organize photography and essay competitions during Manipur Sangai Festival 2013, conveyed a DIPR statement.
The themes of the photography are nature including landscape of Manipur, significant tourist spots / destinations in Manipur and people including festival while the topic of the essay competition is tourism can be a game changer for the economy of Manipur, it said.
