IMPHAL, Nov 18: State Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh in a message has conveyed his heartfelt shocked on the sudden demise of Hijam Nabakumar Singh, former advocate general of Manipur.
The CM further mentioned that on his demise, the State has lost a well mannered, hard working and well known legal expert and his absence will be felt dearly by each one of us.
On behalf of the Government and the People of Manipur and on his behalf, the CM conveyed his deepest heartfelt condolence to the departed and also to the members of the bereaved family and prayed the Almighty to rest his soul in peace.
