IMPHAL, April 9: The Managing Committee of the Tombisana High School said in a press release that the demolition of their school to construct a market place without prior notice to the committee by the Government is an insult to the education system.
The Committee has put a case to the Revenue Tribunal regarding the shifting of school plot, it said.
Miscreants using association name: Rickshaw pullers body
IMPHAL, Apr 9: The All Manipur Rickshaw Drivers` and Pullers` Welfare Association has said in a press release that certain individuals have used the name of the association while canvassing voters for the upcoming 16th Lok Sabha No.1 Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency Election.
However, the said individuals are not connected or related to the association in any manner, it declared.
