IMPHAL, April 27: The Wangkhei Angom Leikai United Youths’ Club today felicitated Satyaam Takhellambam son of T Bhupen of Wangkhei Angom Leikai for securing the 18th rank of the recently declared Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) Combined Examination.
The facilitation ceremony was attended by N Bijoy Singh, retired Police officer (SP); RK Gokulchandra Singh, president WAL United Youths’ Club and Soibam Nirmalata Devi, district Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, Imphal East, as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
Satyaam had also secured the second position of the HSLC examination 2007 conducted by the Manipur Board and has remained a topper of the 2009 Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the COHSEM.
