IMPHAL, May 23 : The Tangkhul Katamnao Long, Imphal (TKLI), the Tangkhul People’s Organisation, Imphal (TPOI) and the Imphal Tangkhul Shanao Long (ITSL) have submitted an ultimatum to the Chief Minister today demanding arrest of all the people involved in the lynching of KS Wungathing (42) of Shokvao village, Ukhrul district at Lilasing Khongnangkhong on May 17, payment of Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia and a Government job to the next of kin of late KS Wungathing.
