IMPHAL, Sep 7: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Manipur has formally constituted its Manipur College unit 2016-17 at a meeting attended by ABVP, Manipur State organisation secretary Mahesh Bhagavth and State secretary Narendra Sapam and students of Manipur College at its office at Kangjabi Leirak, Imphal.
