IMPHAL, May 16: A press release issued by the secretary of the All Manipur Fire Service Candidates’ and Guardians’ Association stated that representatives of the association met the Chief Minister yesterday and have decided to call off its protest based on the CM’s assurance that the Home Department would take up every necessary actions to solve the issue.
