GUWAHATI, Nov 3 : Ningkhan Anthony Shimray, the newly appointed army chief of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-IM), has said that the envisaged settlement of the “Naga political problem” will protect the rights and interests of the Nagas without antagonising neighbouring States.
