CM’s Relief Fund

IMPHAL, Aug 14 (DIPR) : Several organisations and individuals have extended monetary donations to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help flood victims in the recent spates of flood occurred in different parts of the State.
Today as well, the Federation of Government College Teachers Association, Manipur (FEGOCTA) donated an amount of Rs. 1,84,000 to the relief fund.
In a solemn ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, the bank draft was handed over to Chief Minister N Biren Singh.
The CM expressed gratitude for the assistance.

Donations to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) for flood victims are still coming in.
Local cable television network ISTV, Central Agricultural University (CAU) and S Kula Women’s College donated Rs 3 lakh, Rs 2 lakh and Rs 50,000 respectively today.
These amounts were handed over to Chief Minister N Biren at a simple ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. N Biren expressed his profound gratitude to the donors for showing concern for the woes endured by the flood affected people. He also expressed hope that more organisations and people would come forward to help rehabilitate the flood victims.
