IMPHAL, Jun 28: 137th birth anniversary of Adam Helen Keller was observed under the aegis of Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, Manipur yesterday at Wangkhei Yonglan Leirak, Imphal East. National sec y of National Platform For Disabled Rights and Duties M Premier Singh and joint secretary of the centre O Birkumar attended the observation as the presidium members. Differently abled persons offered floral tributes at the portrait of Helen Adam Keller as a mark of honour.
