IMPHAL, Jun 21 : The Tribal Youth Council, Manipur (TYCM) and All Tribal Lawyers’ Forum, Manipur (ATLAM) have jointly adopted four far reaching resolutions for the tribals of Manipur after minutely discussing the provisions of 371C, order, 1972 and the ADCs during the 1st Hill Peoples’ Day observation at Tribal Research Institute yesterday.
