IMPHAL, Mar 1: All Government offices, educational institutions and private sector undertakings located in areas under 1st phase of polling for 38 Assembly constituencies and 2nd phase of polling for 22 Assembly constituencies will remain closed on March 4 and 8. The Deputy Secretary (GAD) issued an order to this effect today.
