IMPHAL, Oct 15: The State Level Kut Committee, (SLKC) Manipur has informed all individuals or groups who are interested to open stalls at the State level Kut celebration to be held at 1st MR Parade ground on Nov 1 to deposit an amount of Rs 2000 to Zen Gangte on or before October 29.
